October 7th marks six incredible years of Upstairs Yoga... six years of movement, growth, resilience, and community. What began as a dream inside a historic little building in downtown Forest Grove has grown into something far more meaningful than we could have ever imagined.

Through the changes in our town, through the challenges of a global pandemic, through endless projects and rebuilds within these studio walls, you ~ our community ~ have remained the constant heartbeat of it all.
