Reiki Energy Healing
Spring Equinox Renewal & Intention Setting

With Kati VanLoo of Modern Energy Wellness

In this 90-minute gentle and deeply restorative event, you’ll be guided to cleanse, clear, and refresh your mind, body, and energetic system through Reiki energy healing and a Spring Equinox-themed guided meditation focused on heart-centered renewal.

Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing modality where “ki” (life force energy) is channeled through the hands of the practitioner to restore balance and harmony within the recipient's own energy field. Through energy healing, we can shift:

  • Energetic congestion that creates mental fog or emotional heaviness

  • Nervous system holding patterns that keep your body in a low-grade state of tension

  • Subtle energetic misalignment that dulls intuition, magnetism, and clarity

Spring is a season of renewal, rebirth, and intention planting. During this transition, working intentionally with the Heart Chakra can be especially supportive. The heart space governs connection, openness, compassion, and the ability to receive. As nature awakens, we will use guided meditation to gently open and nourish this center, clearing what feels stagnant and planting intentions rooted in authenticity and alignment.

Attunement through this combo of healing:

  • Clears what doesn’t belong

  • Restores coherence between your body and energy field

  • Returns your system to its baseline state of ease, clarity, and responsiveness

March 29th from 12:30-1:30 PM

Investment: The cost is $35.

Clients often describe the result as:
“I feel like myself again, but clearer, lighter, and more in my heart.”

This session blends guided meditation and individual Reiki energy healing from Kati to ease your mind, calm your nervous system, and support a deep energetic reset aligned with the season of Spring.

It is suitable for all those in need of a blissful reset and guided intention-setting for the season ahead!

What to Bring: Dress as comfortably as possible with layers as this session does not include movement to build body heat.
