In this 90-minute gentle and deeply restorative event, you’ll be guided to cleanse, clear, and refresh your mind, body, and energetic system through the combination of Reiki energy healing and Crystal Singing Bowl vibrational sound healing.
Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing modality where “ki” (life force energy) is channeled through the hands of the practitioner to restore balance and harmony within the recipient's own energy field. Through energy healing, we can shift:

What to Bring: Dress as comfortably as possible with layers as this session does not include movement to build body heat. Please bring a water bottle to hydrate, as well as any supportive items with you that will allow you to lay comfortably on the studio floor for most of the session (yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets, eye masks, crystals, etc.).
