Happy New Year!

Celebrate With Us.

Welcome the new year with an hour of connection, movement, and relaxation!

Join us on Saturday, February 1st, from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM for a special Slow Flow + Stretch class, led by the warm and encouraging Karli Tarkowski. This class is perfect for everyone—whether you’re brand-new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

Yoga Class

Why do New Year yoga?

Yoga is more than just movement—it's a practice that connects the body, mind, and spirit, helping us find balance and clarity in our busy lives. By focusing on breath and mindful movement, yoga creates space for calmness and self-awareness, allowing us to step into each moment with intention. Starting the year with yoga is a powerful way to cultivate a motivated and grounded mindset, setting the tone for the months ahead. It’s an opportunity to reflect on what matters most, release stress, and plant the seeds for growth, resilience, and peace throughout the year.

What to Expect:

This class is completely free! If you are new to the studio you will have to make an account to sign up but you will not be charged. If you already have a package, your package will not be charged for this session. Expect gentle, flowing movements paired with deep, calming stretches and a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome.

What to Bring:
Bring all of your normal yoga gear (mat, bolsters, blankets, water, etc).

Whatever is not brought will be provided at the studio although yoga mats are limited. Please come early if you need to borrow one. We have plenty of other props for you.
Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes!

A few things to note:

Sign-Up Required: Please register online individually to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited, and we cannot accommodate day-of walk-ins once we’ve reached capacity. Feel free to bring friends and family—just make sure everyone registers separately so we can plan accordingly.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to secure your spot, gather any necessary equipment, and settle in. Doors will be locked after the class begins to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted session.
