Studio Etiquette

Before class,

Please sign up for the class you would like to attend at least an hour prior to the class. This allows us to communicate with you in case of changes or cancelations. If you have any questions about making your account, give us a call.

When coming to class,

Arrive at the studio at least ten minutes before class starts and check in with the receptionist. Place all of your personal items on the shelves or in a locker, locks are available for purchase or you can bring your own. Make sure to use the restroom, remove your shoes, and leave your phone and fitness watch on silent before entering the studio.

Safety is important to us,

If you are recovering from injuries or are pregnant, please let the teacher know and consult your doctor before coming to class.

Once in the studio,

Be conscious of others personal space while setting up your mat and grab any props that the teacher is recommending for class. Use this time before class starts to take in your surroundings and embrace the quiet. Please keep personal conversations outside of the studio.

After class,

Please put all of your props back where you found them. You are more than welcome to chat with your community and teachers after class, just make sure you have all of your things before you head out.

If you feel sick, please stay home.

Working out is not only counterproductive when you’re sick, it’s also unsafe for other students. To help protect the well-being of our community, we've also instructed our staff to stay home if they have even the slightest of symptoms.

If you have to cancel,

Give us a call and let us know! If you are signed up for the class and do not let us know you will be unable to attend, you will be charged a fee.
