Primal Vinyasa

Designed to help us direct more attention to our innate body wisdom and break free from prescriptive and limiting movement patterns, Primal Vinyasa offers a 5-part method that stimulates creativity within a framework of playful, intelligent, and multi-layered functional movement drills combined with traditional asanas. Described by one student as ancient Yogic wisdom explored through a modern Human Developmental and Kinesiological lens, this class will teach you the needed component skills to enter advanced asanas safely while reclaiming your body’s natural drive to seek diverse, dynamic movement as powerful healing medicine.   .

Investment: This class series is included in your class package or can be purchased as a drop in. 

What to Bring: Please bring your usual yoga material and water


Each week explores one of the core categories of the primal vinyasa method, guiding you through an embodied journey from the fundamentals of human development to adaptive, agile movement. 


You are welcome to attend just one class or all six. 
All levels are welcome to the four classes. The last two classes of the series are recommend for intermediate practitioners.
