Deep Stretch & Self Massage
Sunday, June 14th at 4 PM

Free your spine and pelvis, Improve circulation, release stress, and boost your immune system with this evening of targeted myofascial release and deep relaxation. Using a variety of props and tools, you’ll journey through a whole-body practice blending Yin Yoga, gentle intuitive movement, and guided self-massage beginning at the base of the skull and hydrating all of the major joints with gentle movement before going deeper into manual manipulation and longer holds. All levels are welcome, and students will be encouraged to make the practice their own by moving intuitively. This class is for those seeking a holistic movement experience that is truly accessible, empowering and healing for ALL.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing, your usual yoga equipment and attire, and water.
