Session 1: Breathing Basics

Session 2: Extend Life with Pranayama

Explore the time-honored practice of Pranayama, harnessing your breath as a path to heightened vitality and mental clarity. In this session, you’ll learn breathing techniques that encourage longevity, reduce stress, and foster a deeper sense of well-being.

*Contraindications: uncontrolled hypertension, severe asthma, COPD, pregnancy, severe anxiety, or panic disorders. Students with these conditions should exercise caution with pranayama techniques.

Session 3: Breathwork Breakthrough​

Embark on a powerful breathwork journey designed to explore altered states of consciousness, fostering deep emotional release, mental clarity, and a renewed sense of self. Much of the practice takes place lying down in a supportive, nurturing environment, allowing you to access the subconscious and reach an elevated state of mind through conscious, controlled
hyperventilation. Please arrive with an open mind—and an empty stomach—to fully embrace this transformative experience.
*Contraindications: uncontrolled hypertension, severe asthma, COPD, pregnancy, epilepsy or seizure disorders, severe psychiatric or mental health conditions. Deep, intensive breathwork practices may unearth unresolved or repressed emotions, which can be overwhelming for some individuals. Students with these conditions should exercise caution with breathwork
techniques.
